Return Policy
Dealer shall not return any products for credit or replacement without prior written authorization from Simply Controlled, and Simply Controlled assumes no responsibility for unauthorized returns.
All returns are at the discretion of Simply Controlled. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the original order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Simply Controlled.
Non-stock or special order items are not eligible for return, refund or credit.
Replacement product will be invoiced at the original cost and must be paid prior to shipping. A credit memo will be issued after receipt, inspection and approval of the returned product. If product is not returned within 30 days, no credit or refund will be issued. Faulty equipment to be returned in a non-damaged matter, exempt from abuse.
